Elizabeth Cronen will be arriving today, per Brennon, she is okay to use her work ID/photo of ID/Debit card in her name to check in. Sybil Hebb checked out of room 216 and left an ID badge in her room. I left a message but haven't heard back from her yet. Annie Hunt is in room 249, she originally requested a late check out, and then afterwards said she was making a new reservation for tonight and needed to put money on her card for the incidentals. I haven't heard back or seen from her since, so as of 2PM, I will be letting her know she needs to leave. UPDATE: She has paid for her next night, however she still has Jeff's jumper cables. He asked if we would please keep an eye out and remind her.

349 - Complained that their room had not been properly cleaned before their check in. States the shower was covered in hair 337 - Customer complained about old food being left in fridge from previous occupant.

 *Rm 442 c/o today, was wanting to not be charged for 1st night due to bb's in first room, but was a prepaid expedia stay. Wants Brennon to call her back. *Someone will be dropping off key packets between 3-5pm, just save them unless needed. We have some ordered.
