  • Weisheit, Nancy (CRS 47700842) - Guest came down to check out of 206, but Opera didn't show anyone checked into that room. She said she checked in around 6pm and filled out the Reg Card. I found the Reg Card, which was complete, but she was never checked into the system and her reservation was marked as a No Show. I reinstated the reservation and checked it in as an After Audit Check-In, made sure she was not double charged, since I had already processed the No Show payment, and checked her out and printed her a receipt.

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317
