April & Anthony, Evening Shift, 10/27/23

 1. Rm 408 is a back to back, credit card is verified, after audit, please check out and check in the new reservation.

2. No more papers on the back of the key jackets.

3. If you check someone out, you need to make sure if the 2nd billing window needs to be opened and correct card is charged. If you are unsure, take an email address for the guest to email the folio, do not check them out of the system, wait for morning shift to get there so you can be shown how to check and do it correctly.

4. Rm 334 is a 1pm check out.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
