  •  Phones and printer are having issues! 
  • Phones are working again (12:40 PM)
  • Printer works on Left Computer in opera. Right One still has issues
  • 302 was having problems accessing internet he will stop by later if the issue continues.
  • Room 343 was smoked in the guest who occupied the room name is Scott Heaton (509-953-6489). I have called him and left a voicemail to call back and put his card on file. I have charged the card on file who belongs to Todd. If he calls let him know I spoke with Taylor and let him know what is going on. Me as well as April have proof of smoking. (Brennon)

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
