 1. Kaela Grimes. 971-388-7422. Called and demanded a full refund because of an "incident" though she refused to elaborate on anything. According to her reservation she was refunded for a pet fee but I have no idea what she is talking about. She checked in on 09/02/23

2. A stolen car was parked near the propety and the police were called

3. a guest is a hunter and doesn't want to leave his rifle in his car where someone might break into it so i'm letting him bring it inside for saftey

4. 229 7:30 wake up call

5. 435 lost their white iphone, call them if you find them

6. tv not working in room 338

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
