 Anthony Cox 11-9-23 B-Shift

    1. At approximately 7:45pm I had to call 911 on a person on the hawthorne side of the building trying to set fire to one of our trees. 911 Responded and I have not found out whether or not it has been resolved but I had the person in question trespassed from the property. 

    2. Room 333 was filthy, I put a guest in the room and he came back down mad because there was a baby crib and a bunch of stuff on the floor. So i had to give him a different room and he got room 444.

    3. I had a guest need adjoining rooms and the rooms that she was given put her children down the hall and so I had to do a room change and for the inconvenience and security of it, I wound up giving her the last set of adjoining rooms because all of the others were occupied.

    4. When i checked room 333 it had a baby carriage in the room so i had seen a couple leaving the hotel with a baby earlier in the day, well after the gentleman told me of the room i decided to ask the couple with the kid when they came back into the lobby and sure enough they were occupying 333. But there was no reservation or anything that I have been able to find on them, but they said that the lady who checked them in said that the hotel has been having some problems with the computer system and so I do not know what to do, I tried to search for the guests but could not find them anywhere in the system. So this is what I did, I went ahead and issued them new room keys and told them to be waiting for a phone call because my manager would probably be getting in touch with them. Just because the fact that they say that they have paid but I could not find a receipt of transaction.

    5. I have encountered a problem with the server on the 1st terminal. Once again I had to restart the computer, but this time I have not been able to sign back in to Opera. It is showing an internal server error, luckily I am able to use terminal 2. 

    6. There is a car parked outside on the side of the building with an extension chord running from the trunk of the car into the chemical storage room that is off the pool, which is out the doors just passed the bathrooms. I knocked on the storage door and there was no answer, also it is a brand new car and I have no clue who it belongs to, security informed me of this.
