    Anthony Cox Blog : My shift was from 3 - 11 and I was able to check in about 35 guests plus I had a lot of walk ins, I was having problems with the card reader on almost every guest that did not have a reservation. I gave the government rate to 2 people, both of which had police badges and I took that as government I.D. but I had to override the room code. I had checked in a lady that had been physically assaulted by her husband and was frantically scared to be seen through the windows and that was the reason that I checked her in without giving her name and address or phone number.

    I was not able to fully take her Credit Card at the time of giving her a room due to the nature of the encounter, but the card was valid and ran the 100 for the security deposit, upon brennan coming to the hotel He was able to help me out and make heads or tails of the transaction and charge her for the price of the room. 

    So the card reader gave me problems all night long and made the guests wait for longer then they should have waited. But I made it unscathed.
