ATTENTION TEAM! Please Read and Initial.-Per April

  • Everyone needs to be paying attention to the government Canada rate and changing it. Any government rate you need to ask for government ID. If it is state, county, federal, or anything in the US, it has to be IMGOV or IMSTI. If you have questions about this, please let me know.

  • Booking and Expedia sites have to be checked before setting up routing. We talked about this in the meeting. You have to check if taxes are charged and if it is a virtual card or guest card. If you have questions, please let me know.

  • Rate codes that include breakfast are for 2 adult vouchers only. They do not get the free kids meals with these. Kids voucher is for 11yrs old and under, it is only good with a paid adult meal.

  • IHG Employee Rate rules: We cannot book the employee rate for outside IHG employees. They have to book online or thru the app. When a reservation comes in for an employee rate, only that person can check in, they need their ID and credit/debit card. They cannot book it for anyone else to check in.

  • Owner Association Rate Rules: We cannot book these, they have to book online or thru the app. At check in they must present their ID, credit/debit card, and owner association card. They have to be the one checking in, no one can check in under their name.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
