ATTENTION TEAM!

 Hello team, we have groups coming in tomorrow, SOU Softball and C. Washington Cross country it is SUPER important that we handle these correctly. The copied group list is at the front desk to refer too The copy has all the payment instructions for us at front desk to make the transitions correctly.. The buffet is for SOU volleyball it is scheduled from 8-10 AM. The Central Washington Cross Country will have vouchers for breakfast. Everything will be handed off to A-shift (ALEX) from Tiffanie, the day of the arrival with instructions on how this we all be coordinated

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
