1. I am still learning this system, but having issues not charging people double or not at all. I have a guest in room 332 that I over charged, well I saw the Approved amount of 231 covering the room plus the deposit and then it still tried to make me charge her for another 131 and it declined it. I had a long line of people and so i wound up giving her the room key because i saw the system approve her for that amount and I decided to fix it after the rush that I had. Well now, the system refunded her money and she is staying in the hotel room free of charge at the moment and I am calling her to get her to come back down and pay for her room. 

2. Bryan the maintenance guy wanted a room, so I charged him for the price of the room which came to 88.00, but then he was not able to pay for the price of the deposit. He said that he was going to go put the money on his card and pay me, and then he left. Room 426

3. Room 332 was another room that I was not able to charge a deposit for because our internet was down and the credit card machine was not working, I ran the card and it visibly said that it was paid for, but i was not able to run a deposit.
