Brennon / Tia Night Audit 11/04/23

 1. At 4:50 am room 315 called to make a noise complaint about room 313. He stated he knocked on the door to ask them to turn the music down and the guest in room 313 began to curse and threaten him. He stated he feels uncomfortable and asked for someone to go up to the room. I called security and at they are in-route.  Just received another call from 315 stating the same thing apparently there was a minor physical altercation of  the guest in 315 and 313  pushing one another. Security showed up. 313 first declined to open the door but security announced his presence and continued to knock until 313 opened the door. He gave them a warning. The music was turned off at this time security preparing to leave.

I received another call  from room 315 for a noise complaint again for 313. I reached out to brennon then security but didn't receive a answer (from security). I asked the lobbyist to go investigate to see if he heard any loud noises coming from 313, he could only hear them speaking in the room. I tried to call and ask if they could lower their voices but could not get through. 315 called and stated it sounded as if they were fighting as he stated he heard yelling and screaming. So I had lobby watch the front desk and went to the room myself as I approached the door I could hear normal talking. I knocked and the guest opened the door I let them know I received more noise complaints in which he stated they were getting ready for bed and were just talking. The room was dark the tv was off and it appeared as they were getting ready for bed I did not hear any loud noises or disturbances as reported. They stated that they had turned down the music after the first warning and that room 315 had physically assaulted one of the guest threatened to kill them. He requested that management please look at the camera to verify their interaction. 

Room 315 c/o he requested that management contact him : Craig Higgins (818) - 324 - 9554 He stated there was at least 9 people in room 313 but there was a total of 3 people, 1 left and 2 stayed. 

2. Room 204 - Karen Eldridge, left her clothes inside the room after checking out. Shawn was notified, the guest stated she will pick up her belongings around 5 pm. It's located in the space besides the refrigerator in the back office.

425 coffeemaker changed out and carpet is wet under AC unit.
