1. I locked the computer by entering the wrong password too many times and so I had to call April to get her login information for the computer on the right and so I had been checking people in on the computer on the right and making key cards on the computer in the back room until I was able to unlock my terminal.
2. The bar called me and they were not able to issue any checks for their patrons and so I called April and she directed me to Brennan who told me that I needed to call Opera and he gave me the number and then told me to hold on and that he would call Taz and about the time that he is going to come back in to the hotel the Bar called me again and told me that they had accidentally turned the part of the system that allows them to issue checks and make receipts. So Crisis averted.
3. A Guest in room 205 needs a little special consideration in the fact that he is here on business training and his daughter is with him and they have been in the hotel for 5 days, he is unable to get off work earlier then 330, his daughter has nowhere to go while he completes his last day of training, so he is requiring a late check out, I told him that I do not know if he will get charged for the extra night or not, but I put notes on his file and left notes here for anyone who reads, he will not check out until 4pm. His last name is Estabrook.
4. WE NEED A SIGN THAT STATES THAT WE DO NOT TAKE CASH FOR THE PRODUCTS IN THE STORE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT PEOPLE ARE RUDE TO WHOEVER WORKS BECAUSE THERE IS NO SIGN! Thank You
5. Room #211 called and complained of excessive noise from the room above his. I sent Maintenance up to check out the problem but Jesse could not hear whoever it was above that room because the noise had stopped. The guy was not happy and had not enjoyed his stay. I assured him that the problem was being resolved the best I could and I apologized for the inconvenience.
