  Brennon  Please take a look at Room 212, they check out date today and they are in the arrivals for today is there no need to check them out if they are staying to avoid that deposit being taken again?. and Room 222 billing they need your attention. The comment in the comment box should of been in the blog as well from Anthony. Is it possible in these situations that we comp our guest with a breakfast or possibly even a small amount of points to out platinum and diamond members? idk i try and put myself in their shoe and hope that we really treat them like we would want to be handled.  Room 244 i believe i got them resolved however can you double check my work please. For i am unsure if i should of added tax or if it was exempt and do not know how to check on booking for that information. Room 444 checked out can you double check his billing and ensure that when i added days to his stay that it did not charge him anything extra because of the deposit thing again i just don't want that to happen again.

    Kris All looks fine, I understand the guests frustration when things like this happen however we want to make sure we can handle it correctly the first to to make sure we don't need  to rely on compensation.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
