Mena- A shift 11/07/23
1. Monique Walter called for being overcharged but it was due to the damages that were left in the room that she was staying in (416) if she calls back just let her know that the manager/general manager will speak to her about it.
2. Mike Kent called about being charged with tax but he was staying with us for business, stated that he came with his government identification so he should've got a exempt tax for the nights he stayed with us. I've contacted him back at (615) 557-7803 and told him that he needs to email a tax exempt form in order to get the tax removed, he has our email and should be sending it soon. PLEASE HAVE THE TAX REMOVED WHEN HE SENDS THE FORM.
3. there was a gentlemen name Anthony that called about losing his keys on a lanyard by the terminal computers, claims he was a guest but I can't find him in the system.
4. I charged the guest that were staying in room 332 but it was getting declined due to the many transaction that was being made, if guest calls back to complain just let them know that we ONLY collected the fee of $131.
5. 302 checked out early, his checkout was suppose to be Thursday but because he checked out early without notifying us ahead of time we had to charge him for last night and tonight, if he calls back upset just let him know that the GENERAL MANAGER spoke with him about the issue and there isn't anything else that we can do.
