System was down but it came back up around 8am, lags here and there but for now its fine.        

1. 431 is checking out at 4pm, $50 late check out. approved by Brennon

2. "when people ask for a stay over, ask them what time is best for them and communicate with the housekeeping crew" -Sean 
      guest in 226 complained because he waited for early morning service that he requested and didn't get it at the time he requested it for.

Keys for Johnny freeman who is checking in to room 244 are left in the left side till. Please check id before handing them out! (per. Brennon)

Room 428 will be ready by 6pm called guest and they said they will be here about 7-8 pm for the room. The room has chairs from the boardroom in it so it will not able to be rented until 6pmish

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
