 HAPPY THANKSGIVING TEAM!

1.  guest in room 420 is staying with us for 23 days. in the small comment area on his reservation there is a note on there that states breakfast is included for his entire stay, I have it added onto the alerts as well, so it will pop up every time you open up his reservation. 

 

 2. 428 is checking out on the 25th but came down to request a late checkout, I offered 12pm but they're asking for 1pm. I did let them know that the latest we could probably do is 12:30 since they are not a PLATINUM/DIAMOND MEMBERS.

guest name Gunnar Gunderson in 311 suppose to be checked out today but the payment through his card keeps declining, so therefor I am not able to check him out without any payment collected. the room was a total mess, lamp was damaged and the room smelt like absolute cigarette with smoke ashes all over the night stand, hair dryer missing from the room. Tried contacting the guest but keeps getting sent to voicemail.
