1. 233 was super rude and upset, guest stated that he wanted a refund because he says "his room was not completely handicap accessible" but when I checked his reservation there was no payment, it was under IHG REWARDS POINTS.
this guest is a DIAMOND MEMBER, Brennon please have his points refunded back to him (PER TIFFANIE)
2. called opera and there was no issue found. Opera stated that the server in the back was shut down that's why the system wasn't working, in order for our opera system to work the MAIN SERVER in the back needs to be turned on.
3. guest in 303 left without taking their belongings, called about 3times and got sent to voicemail. there's a arrival today for that room so I've called the guest again leaving a voicemail that we will be removing their belongings from the room and they can pick it up from the front desk.

JUST PRINTED MY REG CARDS FOR THE ARRIVALS AND REALIZED THAT THE SAME PERSON CHECKING IN IS THE SAME PERSON WHO CHECKED OUT TODAY (I MUST'VE MISSED IT WHEN I WAS LOOKING THROUGH THE ARRIVALS) HE HASN'T ANSWERED SO I JUST LEFT A VOICEMAIL APOLOGIZING FOR THE CONFUSION AND THAT THE ROOM IS ALL CLEANED AND READY FOR HIM, HIS BELONGINGS ARE SAFE AND AT THE FRONT DESK.
- a guest called wanting to make a reservation and requested that she ONLY STAYS IN A SUITE (that has a closed door to the bedroom) she requested pictures which I emailed to her, she's interested and will call back to make the reservation once she confirms it with her company.
- 408 has a package at the front desk
