    1. Faron Davis called and has 3 Separate Charges on his card, one for $246, $146, and $100 and he should have only been charged for 2 Nights with us, so I think he was charged for 2 deposits. I told him that I would have someone call him back in the AM to resolve the issue, his number is 541-863-1566

    2. I got a call from a gal in Canada and they stayed here on the 19th and were charged more then 100.00 for deposit and the deposit still has not come back to the card they used and it is now the 5th. I directed her to my managers email and told him about the guest and she was going to email him today.

    3. I accidentally put an authorization on a guests account for 740.00 on a visa card when I should have put the authorization on her Amex card, she is in room 349 and her name is Alania Brown. I dropped down the menu to split the charge, but made the mistake of keeping it a 9 to charge the entire stay plus deposit on the same card, but the visa was the card that was selected. So that one was my fault. She was very understanding and will be all ears for my manager's call tomorrow.
