Tia & Anthony Audit 11 / 22 / 23

 1. Please Lock the doors at night while working Audit. Tonight I had to contact the police due to a male individual trying to enter the hotel while exposing himself. Luckily Anthony was able to scare him off. He was a Caucasian male in his mid fifties driving a Dodge Durango.

2. Brennon or April can one of you check room 420 to ensure he is being charge correctly. He wanted to add breakfast to his reservation. As he is staying here for 23 days. I am unsure how to update his reservation to ensure the correct  rate code reflects he is to receive breakfast.

3. A individual entered the hotel stating he needs the police stating someone is following him accusing him of selling meth and / or cocaine. He seems to be under the influence and currently waiting for the police. Name Devin P. currently wearing a green shirt, a blue beanie with a red strip and green jogging pants. Thin build mid  twenties. Dispatch stated they will send someone over. Police are here engaging with individual. Unfortunately he's just under the influence and paranoid.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
