 1.Made contact with 250 and was able to extend his stay for another night.

2. Room 450- Gilberto Gonzalez left to deliver his load he requested if he does not make contact with the front desk by check out 11 am to request a stay over he would like to be checked out. His keycard is located on the left side of the front desk with a note attached. 

3 Rooms 203, 407, 431 were reinstated so that the restaurant will be able to charge their breakfast vouchers to their accounts. Please make sure these rooms are checked out by 11 am, Thank you!

4. Stephen Parks left is luggage, it is located in the back office closet. He will be returning tomorrow to retrieve it when he checks in for another stay.

5.416 does not want room service.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
