Tia - Audit 11 - 13 - 23

1. Room 350 accidentally was charged for the total amount of her stay. She should have been only charged the incidentals. I made 2 windows but may have accidently hit authorize card as I was trying to check her in. Can management please reach out to her asap Claudia Calvo (310) - 418 - 0439. This also happened to her on her last stay and she stated it took almost a month to receive a refund. unfortunately she is upset and wants to resolve this ASAP.

2. Is there any business cards with the hotel information available? Guest have been requesting business cards, I was able to write down all the information needed.

3. Room 204 is requesting a room change to another room facing the front parking lot due to he has a company vehicle that could be easily broken into or stolen. Guest stated he would feel more comfortable if he was able to look at the window and see his vehicle. He's leaving for work at 6:30 am and will return in the afternoon to switch and gather his belongings. Please switch to either rooms 201 or 211. Thank you

4. 226 requested a S/O will be checking out tomorrow 11 / 15 / 23. He also requested a afternoon s / o please. I also wrote it on the housekeeping log. A Shift if you could please relay this to Shawn it'll be truly appreciated. 

5. 205 would not like a s/o he requested to not be disturb, that he'll request towels and supplies if needed.
