Tia - Audit 11 / 14 / 23

 1. I tried to make a reservation for a new guest in room 410. However room 410 was already occupied by a guest Ethan Schindler whom reservation was entered incorrectly. The reservation was updated as arrival on 11 / 14 / 23 and due for check out as the same date. In order for me to complete my audit I had to check him out of the system. At this time I am unable to reinstate him back into the system. I will try to contact him in the morning as no phone number was obtained for him during check in. I want to make sure he is checking out today or if he needs a s/o.

2. Room 420 Florian Grosch will like to add breakfast to his reservation as he will be staying with us for 23 days. I am unsure how to modify that to his existing reservation.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
