  • Robert  from Digital Hands called this morning stating you need to call him ASAP Case # WK 5521  1 -(800) - 400 - 3041 regarding the system refresh. He stated the refresh is supposed to be completed by January however the slots / appointment availability are quickly filling up and if you do not contact him to schedule a appointment immediately it's possible that the system update will have to be delayed until later during the upcoming year. Staff please be sure to relay this to Tas. I will send her a text as well. Thank you


Opera has been messing up throughout the night with 2 errors stating " the incom interface is not running" & also "micro 3700 enhanced  interface not running". The restaurant is also having a error . I tried to contact Opera. Day staff will have Sarah assist.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
