 1.Room 313 has a pet inside his room. I placed the red flag on his account. Please be sure to charge him a pet fee when he checks out as I do not know how to add the pet fee to his bill.

2.Marie Eleanorlebria was a no show. I reinstated her so Brennon could bill her correctly as I couldn't bill her as a no show due to she reserved the room through booking.com and her deposit was "CP".

3. Please contact room 250 he would like to add another night to his stay as his job has been extended. He needs to be in town until Friday but his check out date is 11-09-23. Thank you

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
