April, B-Shift, 12/2/23

  •  Rm 404, Lynn Carpenter Boggs said a box was delivered here for her on Wed from Uline, UPS said it was delivered here. I can't find it anywhere, was it accidently put in Tas's office? She said it has PPE suits and masks and stuff in it. She will be back down in the morning to check again. Can you ask Shawn to check where Deb keeps supplies, since it's Uline maybe she thought it was the hotel's box? Please have Shawn check.
  • Rm 404 also request full stayover service.
  • Rm 237 called from their phone and had fire and ambulance here around 8:30. They took her to the hospital. Husband took all belongings doesn't think they will be back.
  • Amy Kooken called, said they weren't suppose to book her room again, she's in Eugene. I advised her it's already paid for and will be checked in, she said that's fine. So I checked in Rm 417, it is clean and unoccupied.
  • Rm 210 1pm ck out
  • Checked in 407 & 423, not coming in, prepaid, clean and unoccupied.
  • When security came in Rm 312 there was a small black bag holding the door open, he went in, no one was there, no other belongings except keys. the room is bad, vomit on the bed and wine bottles.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
