 241 Jones may extended another night. We can add on the reservation that it is a B2B reservations when it is appropriate to do so to let the AM Shift and housekeeping know. They would like to stay in the same room. 

326 Vanroy is due to arrive and is acting very suspicious. He did request that he wants no one know he is here. I told him that we will keep his stay here confidential. however if law enforcement comes and asks we will give out the information. He has been wandering around the property outside as if he maybe homeless. He will need a CARD AND VAILD ID AT CHECK IN

The Basketball TEAM is staying another night. All the breakfast vouchers are in an envelope for April to give out tomorrow

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
