Brennon AM Shift 12/28/23

There are a lot or Third Party Reservations today. Please take your time when checking them in to insure it is be charged correctly. All deposits have been taken and and notes have been inputted.  

There are a lot of Breakfast rooms as well. Each room gets one voucher for 2 people. We need to clarify that at check in. ONLY ONE VOUCHER PER ROOM, EACH VOUCHER FEEDS 2 PEOPLE.

Homeless man was starting fires on the west side of building. We reported it to the police, about 30 min later he was gone however the trash was left behind.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
