 All the charges have been transferred and routed to the Jasmeet wedding block. Ownership either LAL or Brother will come in tonight and put their card down on the block to cover the entire bill. If anyone else gets a room, from the event, for the night make sure it is routed to that PM (ROOM # 9002)

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
