Tony Barar Group will have people checking in after 1 am so wait to do the audit until around 3am. If people so up after 3am make them a reservation and we will figure out the billing in the morning.

Room 332 said the room smelled like sweat and axe body spray. i moved them to room 345 and left 332 Dirty let Housekeeping know in the morning. 

Room 340 has a late checkout at 12:00 PM

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
