Anthony Cox 12/22/23 B-Shift
1. Everyone in the Hotel left early and so I was left by myself since 915 or 920 and then Kris's Daughter called the desk informing me that she fell down a flight of stairs with a baby in her hands and had to go to the hospital, hopefully everyone is ok.
2. I had to get into the Maintenance safe once again because I had to use one of there key sets to unlock the gate out back to let in a truck.
3. Guest Kim Tyler will be very late checking in, they have had a lot of issues with the flight that they are taking and it doesn't put them in at pdx until Groome shuttle services' last trip down here from PDX and so they are going to try to make the last shuttle and if that is the case then they will be in at the hotel around 230 or so, and in that case we are going to have to check them in or do something to help them keep there room because they are coming and want the room!! They asked me to ask whoever is working to please save the reservation from putting them as a no show.
