Cynthia B-shift 12/26/23

 I had a lady come in today and say she had made a res with a gentleman on the phone but I couldn't find a res for today or in the future so I just made her a new res for today after I checked her in she asked if we had a hot tub and I told unfortunately not. She stated she was told we did and asked if she could just check out and cancel the res. So I undid the check in and canceled the res. It wouldn't let me send her a copy of the cancelation so I gave her the under and told her that if she had any issues to call the hotel with that cancelation #.

328 came to that front desk stating they have been here 3 days and haven't gotten service any of the days. They would like FULL SERVICE TOMORROW PLEASE!!!!! She said specially the sheets.

A Michael Burton made a res thru booking. When he came in to check in I informed him of the 100 dep he got a little upset. I informed him it was in the fine print of the res on booking. He tried to pay with cash then a prepaid debit card, I informed him that we don't take cash or prepaid cards. He asked if he could just cancel I informed him that he would need to contact booking to cancel and not be charged. He just walked out

Also is the morning shift pulling all the reg cards from the whole box even stayovers?? If not were missing a lot of reg cards. Missing reg cards are 204,215,218,225,227,238,309,320,328,407,408,422,438 and 445

I did forget to have 445 sign hers. I got to talking to her and forgot to get it off the printer for her to sign sorry.

Rod Agius stayed in 417 and checked out on 12/24 he believes he left his electric toothbrush. Can morning shift have shawn look please. If found  call 971 325 1902
