 If a guest is needing to print something, please have them email it to the front desk email, and then print it out for them.  We cannot plug in usb drives, for security and safety with our computer systems. Never plug anything into our computers!!!


IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SATURDAY

Chris Brooks is checking in we need to apply the card for Inc for both reservations the one for Saturday night and Sunday night. He will be coming back in on Monday but we are checking him in on Sunday. This means we are collecting the payments from booking.com DO NOT NO SHOW THE RESERVATION!!!!!

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
