HEAD START GROUP CHECKING IN FEBUARY
Hello everyone we are going to start getting calls about reservations for the head start group coming in February. WE NEED TO BE GETTING THE PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAILS FOR EVERYONE MAKING A RESERVATION. as well as WHAT BRANCH THEY ARE FROM AND WHAT THE PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE. most of them will not be paying or will want a credit card AUTH form sent via canary. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THIS PLEASE GIVE ME OR APRIL A CALL OR PLEASE JUST LEAVE ME A NOTE ON MY DESK. The note should state the confirmation number, name of guest, and Email to email the CC AUTH.
RECAP:
MAKE RESERVATION ADD NAME PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL
ADD WHAT BRANCH THEY WILL BE REPRESENTING in reservation Example (Klamath Falls location)
SEND CREDIT CARD AUTH THROUGH CANARY. Make sure to get ALL names on reservations that card will be paying for and Lead contacts name.
ONCE CANARY COMES THROUGH, PROCESS IT AND ATTACH IT TO CORRESPONDING RESERVATION(s)
ADD IN NOTES LAST 4 DIGITS AS WELL AS THAT IT IS COMING FROM CANARY
EXAMPLE: CC for INC R/T to canary card (1234) (Klamath falls location)
Note- A LOT of individuals will not be traveling with a card for INC. Please make sure to clarify with ‘lead’ over the phone to mark ALL charges box in canary! As we require a card upon arrival.
