Kris night Audit 12-09-23

I only caught the tail end of children however there are several complaints this morning about the amount of chaos that overflowed into the lobby last night. And of course there were noise complaints. I directed those concerns to be handled by management,

moved Guest out of 317 last night after showing me cockroaches in the room. will put notice in for maintenance. I have been instructed by Taz that only management and or Jeff and Shawn can put a room out of commission i passed this info on to AM main. Brian. and a note on Shawn's door as well

303. part of wedding party was not sure if his card got billed so i did nothing with it. also when i printed folios it looked to me like the inc card is being charged for just the taxes? and market charges on some of them anyway so i just quit pulling payments till Brennen gets here.

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
