 Room 205 very displeased with the night. Complaints about noise above them. I offered to move them but they have a game early and didn't really like that solution. Had to have security address this due to the hostility I just thought it would be better. Mr. Borden stays here every other weekend with his family and we have never had any issues before so I am not sure that the noise is coming from the room right above 205( that being 305 Mr. Borden's room) walk throughs have not yielded anything note worthy. 

Mr. Borden was defensive when security approached him denies any noise was from his room. thought Security was out of pocket by coming across with an aggressiveness he did not appreciate. I told him Security has a job to do and that they never know what is on the other side of a door so if it felt aggressive to please consider the position of the job they do. He went back to his room satisfied. I did offer to move his room and he also was unwilling to move.

Noise complaint also from 331 called several times about kids in 431 being rowdy. I have addressed the issue 2x and Now having Security address this room as well while he is here.

134 am 331 calls again to complain about noise only thing is is that literally every kid that is staying in room 431 is sitting in the lobby with their parents. i explained this to the woman and all she had to say was well there is someone in the room and i expect to get this night for free due to all the noise.

question on the billing of basketball teams i see everything got routed to pm room 9007 except  there is a 6.48 charge on everyones inc cc.  if its supposed to be there can you explain where the charge comes from  why its there if rm and tax are supposed to be routed i am confused. Thank you
