 - 223&240 checked out early. guest stated that CLC covered all their expenses including breakfast, he even showed me his phone where it saying "complimentary breakfast" I apologized and told him unfortunately we don't do complimentary breakfast, he said he understood then came back down few minutes later saying they were checking out.  


- pet fee added to 219 for Tia


- Jacob Wise called to make a reservation for a employee of his (Stacy, Savona) for Dec.6th under the government state rate, reservation has been made. I sent out a card authorization form for him but there was a error saying email not found. please reach back out to him at 503-866-8694 to get another email, I tried calling him back but no answer, so I just left a voicemail for him.


- 408 has 3 packages. he will be picking it up when he gets off work.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
