 - checked on 212, she has early stages of dementia but she is okay. I've contacted family members, they are on their way to pick her up. 

- heading into work there was a weirdo walking around on the property yelling and making unnecessary sounds, please let maintenance know so they can keep an eye on the parking lots. 


REMINDER FOR SELF ; need more quarters on the right till // need more dollar bills and 5s&10s in both of the tills.     

- 424 is a platinum member, I didn't deposit his points because he wanted breakfast which I clicked on the amenities thinking it would give me a option ( breakfast/small market) but it didn't so I just left a comment "w/brkfst" on his reservation. Breakfast voucher has ALREADY BEEN GIVEN.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
