Tia - Audit 12 / 10 / 23

 1. Audit ran late Brennon notified. A written note is left on the key board  for the cash receipt pertaining to this Brennon will understand.

2. Brian the maintenance guy accidentally took the back gate key home, He gave me a password to retrieve the the back up key if needed. No one needed access to the back gate so I did not  use the code.

3. A white male came in  inquiring about a room. He sat in the lobby as he stated he would reserve the room online from his phone. After 25 minutes I respectfully checked on him. Unfortately I had to ask that he leave the property. I asked several times then walked back to the front desk, I radioed the lobby staff and went back over to ask him to leave again but he quietly disappeared. I checked the bathrooms, the kitchen area and back doors area & halls and could not find him. I let oncoming staff know what occurred and that I had suspicion that he may be in the building. The lobby staff suggested he left quietly out of the back door however I felt differently.
