Tia - Audit 12 / 26 / 23

 1. A Male wearing a blue hoodie, black pants and and a gray hat was dropped off upon me coming into work. He inquired about a room and stated he was waiting for someone to wire money into his account. I gave him awhile then asked him to leave as he was just hanging out. He later returned and tried to hang out in the lobby again. I again had to ask him to leave as he was scaring a guest trying to check in. He returned again and I spoke with him through the door letting him know he was unable to stay inside the lobby. Security came and he went away and hasn't returned.

2. Guest in 225 stated he noticed a lot of ants in his room. Hw will be checking out today but want to bring it my attention. Will forward the message to oncoming A shift staff.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
