1. Guest 335 checked in He is a Diamond member He wanted the BKFST voucher rather than his points. I issued one Voucher for 12 / 04 / 23 Please make sure he receive another BKFST voucher for 12 / 05 / 23 as the Diamond members are given 2 vouchers as their amenity. Thank you

2. Guest in room  would like to add BREAKFAST to his stay APRIL can you please add the breakfast tax to his stay please. I gave him a Voucher for today he would like to pay for today and the remaining of his stay. Thank you.

3. Guest in 444 is confused about her breakfast voucher as it states "enjoy a complimentary breakfast for 2" She wanted to order 2 breakfast per the voucher but was told by the restaurant staff that she was unable to as she was the only one checked into her room.  She stated that B Shift staff told her should be able to order 2 breakfasts this morning. She would like verification of the wording of the voucher. Please advise as both myself and the restaurant staff are unsure.  Thank you. 

3. Please add a pet fee to room 219 I do not know how to add the fee. Thank you....

4. Guest Chris Moloso stayed in room 217 and checked out yesterday 12 / 03 / 23. He left his gun a 9 mm Smith & Western inside the room. The room has not been occupied since his departure. He would like to know if staff turned his gun in, otherwise he will have to report it stolen and would like management to look at the cameras of who entered the room after he departed. He would like a call back at (503) - 398 - 1677. Management and Shawn will be notified.

5. Scott from CLC Lodging called to extend the stay of guest Eric Brown in room 213 until 12 / 05 / 23. He will be sending a fax for the extension.
