Tia - Audit

 1. At 1 am I received a call from the "sheriffs office" stating that he has confirmation of a guest staying inside the hotel and that he couldn't give any information but a squad team would be coming to retrieve the guest. He stated he couldn't tell me what time but that it would happen sometime on my shift. He later called back asking me my name again stating I would be summoned to court, I couldn't make out much as his phone was going in and out he stated something to the effect of if I made a payment the problem would go away. I assumed it to be a scammer. I hung on him, he called back several times however he didn't have good reception on his end and again I was only to hear bits and pieces.

2. I made a mistake on guest in room 311, I made him a reservation and gave him a key to his room however due to being distracted by phone calls I did not check him, I thought that I had. He was billed as a no show however he stayed the entire night. I tried to fix it. Please take a look at it.

3. Room 217 requested his bar tab be charged to his credit card. I did not check him out yet. Please do so.
