318, 320, 322 Brummond Rooms are checked they will be in at either 6-7 or 11-12 have them sing the reg cards and check id update info on file if needed. Card on file for all charges via canary. make them there keys once they arrive for all three rooms after id is verified and reg cards are filled out.

Breakfast coupons are left for ross taylor and SNOW COLLEGE GIVE THEM TO HIM when he comes for them.

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
