Jennifer hook had a canary however the card was declining. She will call the company in the morning to get an updated working card hers is on file right now and authorized. Switch card when we can. she said she will pay if she cant get ahold of her company and has to.  

Brandon Dobar and Alok Shukla both have multiple night reservations. Check them in the Credit cards are already authorized. If by tomorrow check out time (11:00AM)  they have not arrived and you can not reach them by phone, check them out.

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
