Room 207 card is declining I have locked the guest out of the room. The room had been extended without receiving payment. If a Guest is extending their reservation we need to authorize the card for the additional amount needed. If there is a concern, such as the reservation is saying it will overbook, just let them know either it is not available or to speak to Myself or April in the morning. If you have a question or concern on how to extended and authorize the card for additional money please ask.

LOCATE THE RESERVATION -> OPTIONS -> CREDIT CARDS -> AUTHORIZATION -> ADDITIONAL -> AMOUNT WILL AUTO POPULATE -> OKAY 


212 has not come back to get another key to his room. Not sure if he will be coming back if he does Taslima has instructed us to go ahead and give him a room key.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
