Cynthia B-shift 1/8/24

 I had a guy with a CLC card come in wanting 2 rooms. When I tried to set up the direct billing for the reservation it wouldn't give me an option for the active CLC AR account. So I called Brennon and he tried to walk me thru how to fix it but either I'm to blonde or the system just doesn't like me but I still couldn't get the correct CLC AR account. So Brennon said just to check them in under cash. Its rooms 340 and 341 under Manuel Anaya. I was able to check 1 room in on the CLC website. 

So 348 Michael Bravo is another CLC that I couldn't get the correct CLC AR account to pop up so I checked it in under cash.

April I'm off tomorrow but will come in before u leave to have u show me how to do CLC correctly. Brennon did say he would be in sometime Wednesday and would look at it.


447 Carissa York check in with her boyfriend and he is a rather odd man. Haven't had any real issues he's just an arrogant ass that likes to make uncalled for comments. I did inform security about him and that if there were any issues to just escort them off the property.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
