Cynthia A-shift 1/22/24

 Anthony Jackson is checking in tonight. He called saying his ID is expired and wanted to make sure he could still check in. I spoke to Taslima and she said as long as the name and picture match the guest and credit card being used we can use it.

Anthony Jackson is checking late tonight. He doesn't get to Portland tell 11 so don't run audit tell like 2 or so.

There is a blue cane in the closet that was left in the lobby on 1/21/24 forgot to put it in the log yesterday. Not sure if it was a guest or someone from the shuttle.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
