If 212 comes asking for a key have him take a seat and let him know the key machine is down. Call Cops and have him trespassed. If you feel like he is aggressive take your phone and run to a lockable area bathrooms. Let night lobby know about this individual and to keep is radio close and on.

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
