 1. Reggie Holcomb guest in room 222 needs management to contact him asap. He is with ODOT in the comment section of his reservation it states direct bill R/T get cc for inc. However he stated he told whomever checked him in that the bill should not be a direct bill and the entire charge should be billed to his personal credit card. He stated ODOT has been having a lot of billing problems with IHG. He was upset and stated ODOT will no longer be staying at IHG in the future. He would like management to call him asap. 

2. I was unable to check out Catherine Keeton 338 her card failed. Unfortunately She left while I was completing my Audit. Please contact her for another form of payment.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
