BILLING ISSUES NEEDS ATTENTION ASAP

1. Billing issues for room 434. not sure why her card has been charged over 400.00 when she does not even check out till tomorrow also she pre paid. this needs to be fixed immediately. I do not know how to reverse these charges or when or why her card was charged.

2. Mr. Pat McGuire had reservation for Jan 27-31 called expedia to cancel due to illness was charged 33.  from expedia, he then called here and was advised that he would be charged the one night for a no show however that was not the case his card was charged for the entire reservation dates amount was over 600.00 he would like the charges reversed and a manager to call him asap. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
