A lady will be coming in for groom at 3:10 tonight please let her in she will not need to pay. I have collected payment for here

PLEASE LOCK DOORS AT NIGHT! AND NO OUTSIDE ACTIVITY. IF ANYONE LETS SOMEONE UNAUTHERIZED IN such as to warm up or shelter it will conclude in a write up. So please for the safety of staff and guests lock doors at night and tell people who ARE NOT guest they have to leave and cannot loiter in or around the hotel. Thank you.

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
